She was always very attentive, professional, and kind, answering all my questions and making me feel calm and safe at every appointment. She was also the one who performed my C-section, and everything went very well. I felt like I was in good hands during such an important moment for me and my baby. I read some unfavorable reviews so I was a little nervous. I needed an appointment quickly and they were able to get me in within a few days. I got there early because I was concerned about my health and they took me back early. My nurse was very friendly and empathetic shared with me that she’d been there for 25 years. I don’t think you stay places that aren’t good for 25 years. The PA I saw, has been there for 27. They were fast and efficient and very kind. I’m so glad that I made my own decision rather than just going off the reviews. I’m thankful to have found a new doctor!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Andrea Dousdebes. Of all the gynecological appointments I’ve had, this was by far the most informative and helpful. She truly listened to my concerns, took the time to explain everything clearly, and provided a thoughtful treatment and follow-up plan. I never felt rushed or dismissed. I left feeling heard, informed, and confident in the care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Dousdebes!

Jennifer Thompkins is very passionate and knowledgeable about menopause and the life changes that it causes. She shares her own experiences and consults from a personal and clinical perspective. I love her transparency as well as her care as she administers the treatment. At this particular visit we had a mishap with scheduling and I had to wait a long time. Jennifer could see that I was upset and she felt really bad. She explained to me the circumstances surrounding the delay, without giving me exact details but in a way that helped me understand her position in caring for another patient. I was appreciative of her understanding the value of my time as well as her needing to provide care for her other patient. Jennifer is definitely a class act who incorporates excellent customer service into her practice!

Dr. Machado was amazing throughout my pregnancy care. Although my pregnancy ended in a loss, she was compassionate, patient, and took the time to explain all of my options without making me feel judged. The medical assistants, front desk and ultrasound tech were also kind and supportive during such a difficult time. I’m grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Machado.
